Return and Warranty Policy

Absolutely no returns and no warranty for CD KEYS.

Warranty Period

Geeph offers a 12-month warranty policy for all our products. Defected items may be returned within 12-month time. Geeph’s 12 month warranty initials when the customer first receives the product, and in the case of resells, when the first customer receives the product.

How to return a defective good for warranty or a faulty good for exchange?

  1. You need to have an RMA number issued prior to sending in either defective goods for warranty or faulty goods for exchange or refund. You can send us an email to request a RMA number (Return merchandise authorization number). If your product (on rare occasions) is faulty, please send an email within 7 days of receiving your goods to request a RMA. We will not accept return after 7 days for faulty goods.

  2. After your first email, you will receive an email with RMA number and RMA form. Please complete the form with your reason for return and all other requested information and return the form via email.

  3. Please submit your product packed in original condition including packaging, accessories, documentations, and manuals.

  4. Please mark your RMA number on the package to return to our warehouse location.

  5. We will inform you via email at the beginning of our repair or when we decide to replace your orders.

Note that the process will take a period of fifteen to thirty days.

Under what situations Geeph will not accept returns?

The RMA Returns is to be packed in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. Returns that do not include all the accessories may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis. Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement.

Returns will NOT be accepted if customer simply refuses to pay the taxes and customs charges of their country.

If the item returned is found not to be faulty, Geeph will not be responsible for the item’s shipping fee.

Payment for shipping in case of return                                                                          

In the case of a faulty product, the customer will need to pay for initial shipping when shipping the product back to Geeph. This part of the payment is refundable from Geeph if the error made for faulty product resides with Geeph. The shipping of the goods back to the customer in case of a return will be paid by Geeph, along with all customs and taxes associated with shipping to the customer.

Geeph will return the customer’s return shipping cost and offer a refund for the product on such conditions:

  • If in rare occasions we ship the wrong item

  • When goods sent are faulty capacity wise or format wise.

Note that a valid shipping receipt is required for the refund of customer’s return shipping cost, and Geeph is not responsible for goods that are not defective when manufactured, and goods that are damaged by the customer upon receiving.

Customers are responsible for knowing their local standards in the location in which they live to ensure compatibility.
